Frances Malone

Email Frances Malone

Frances Malone joined the staff of ISR in April of 2005. She began working at Baylor in 2000 in the Division of Continuing Education. She was a member of the Baylor Staff Council for four years where she has served on various council and university committees.

Born and raised in Midland, Texas; she attended Texas Tech University. She and her family are members of Highland Baptist Church. She has lived in Waco since 1995 with her husband, Kevin and two children.


Cameron Andrews

Cameron Andrews graduated with a BBA in Business Management from Baylor in December of 2005. Upon graduation he moved to Dallas to become a financial manager for his family's business. He moved back to Waco and joined the ISR staff in October 2007. He is currently working toward a Masters of Accountancy and a CPA license at the Hankamar Business School at Baylor. He and his wife Audrey have one child, and are members of Highland Baptist Church.


Leah Gatlin

Leah Gatlin joined the ISR staff first as a Student Worker in September of 2005. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Baylor in May 2006, she became an Administrative Associate for the FACTS - Faith and Communities Technical Support Grant as well as the NDVFRI Grant. In August of 2007, Leah became the Grant Coordinator for NDVFRI.

Leah has relocated permanently to Waco, coming from Vinita, Oklahoma. She is a member of Antioch Community Church.


Yvette Day

Yvette Day joined the staff of ISR in September 2008. She and her husband, Charlie moved to Temple, Texas in June 2008, where Charlie serves as the Associate Pastor of Worship and Outreach at Immanuel Baptist Church. She was previously employed at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Yvette was born and raised in Houston and attended San Jacinto College. She and her husband have two children.

Elizabeth Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Tyler, and a Master and Ph.D. in Applied Sociology from Baylor University. She is a Lecturer of Sociology, teaching Marriage and Family, with expertise in evaluative research, focus groups, telephone and mail surveys, and face to face interviewing and serves as research professor for the Center for Community Research and Development. She is formerly the grant coordinator for the FACTS Grant (Faith and Community Technical Support) a $2.9 million project funded by the Office on Violence Against Women and awarded to ISR September 2007-October 2007). Her current research includes a meta analysis of literature examining religious effects on delinquent behavior. She is also interested in the interplay between religion and role expectations of males and females with the family, the effects on careers when males take time off to stay at home, and gendered roles in toddler and youth television.
